Knowledge transfer is a critical organizational process that enables the effective dissemination and application of information, skills, and expertise across individuals, teams, and organizational units. In increasingly dynamic and competitive environments, organizations rely on efficient knowledge transfer to support innovation, continuous learning, and sustained performance. This study presents an integrative empirical review of twenty-five (25) studies published between 2015 and 2022 in high-impact peer-reviewed journals, examining key methodologies, findings, and theoretical contributions related to knowledge transfer. To address gaps in prior reviews, the study categorizes knowledge transfer into three perspectives: Cognitive Exchange, Professional Competence, and Moral Development. By the very nature of this integrative empirical review, knowledge transfer emerges as a central theme, highlighting its significance in shaping organizational routines, professional practices, and theoretical advancements. Through this comprehensive synthesis, the study seeks to advance existing frameworks and identify recurring patterns and insights that contribute to the development of scholarly discourse on knowledge transfer.
